This Spring we're heading to San Francisco & Los Angeles where we'll see good friends, ride great roads – and most importantly – give future Speedvagen owners the opportunity to get a full custom fit session with Sacha White.
Sacha White, owner and founder of the Vanilla Workshop is taking the show on the road. A lot of fun stuff is in the works with our friends at Mission Workshop, Golden Saddle Cyclery, Rapha, and many more. We will be spending several days in San Francisco and LA doing private fit sessions for customers, hanging with our California Speedvagen family, group rides, and spotlighting the beautiful bikes fabricated by Sacha and the team at the workshop in Portland.
One of the biggest components of a custom bike from The Vanilla Workshop is the fit. Sacha has developed his own system over the last 15+ years of frame building, helping clients find the sweet spot between balance, riding position, and posture. Getting a fit by Sacha generally means a trip to Portland OR, by bringing the fit to the customer we hope to make our bikes accessible to many more riders.
If you are interested in scheduling a fit session with Sacha contact us. There are limited spots available as each fit takes 2-3 hours. Spending this much time with each customer allows Sacha to understand each riders unique needs and limitations. The end result being your dream bike, perfectly tuned to your riding style.
